Armani/Casa announces first real estate project in Brazil

Armani/Casa is set to launch its first real estate development project in southern Brazil with luxury real estate developer Embraed.

Dubbed "Armani/Casa Residences by Embraed," the 78-storey building will be located in Balneário Camboriú, a resort town in the state of Santa Caterina. 

The Armani/Casa Residences will feature 113 luxury residential units, 31 of which will be highly exclusive, with customisable layouts, private pools, and gardens. The building will rise 270 metres above the coastline and occupy a 3,500-square-metre plot.
